We provide a basic CLI program, that allows decompiling files from command line, without need of jd-GUI.
The class is CliMain.java.

Minor modifications:

• we moved Loader's and Printer's from /test folder to /src folder. Some of these classes are used by jd-CLI, others can be useful for dependent projects.
• we added some Javadoc to a pair of classes
• we added a new optional parameter showLineNumbers to PlainTextPrinter
